Do you use pure water window cleaning?
Yes. We use a professional pure water system which leaves windows clean, streak-free, and with no sticky residue. It is ideal for modern homes, apartments, glass balustrades, and properties with large areas of glass.
What is pure water window cleaning?
Pure water cleaning uses filtered, deionised water and specialist poles with soft brushes to clean windows safely from the ground. The purified water absorbs dirt and dries naturally without leaving marks or smears.
Do you need access to an outside tap?
Yes, ideally we do require access to an outside water tap.
If there is no outside tap available, please let us know beforehand and we can discuss alternative solutions, including bringing pure water with us. Please note that this may involve an additional charge.
Can you clean windows with fixed rejas or security bars?
Unfortunately, fixed external rejas/security bars prevent access for pure water cleaning from the outside.
In most cases, these windows would need to be cleaned internally by hand instead.
Can you clean glass balustrades?
Yes. Glass balustrades are perfectly suitable for pure water cleaning and are one of the areas where the system works particularly well.
Can you reach high windows?
Yes. Our pole system allows us to safely clean many high-level windows from the ground without the need for ladders.
Do you use ladders?
Where possible, we avoid using ladders and instead use our pure water pole system for safety and efficiency. Occasionally, ladders may still be required for access purposes or certain difficult areas.
Will pure water leave marks on the glass?
No. Because the water is fully purified, it dries naturally without leaving residue, streaks, or spotting. In some cases, the first clean may take slightly longer to achieve the best result if previous cleaning products have left residue behind.
How often should windows be cleaned?
Most customers choose either monthly or bi-monthly cleaning, although frequency depends on the property, location, weather exposure, and personal preference.
Do you clean solar panels?
Yes. We can also clean solar panels using purified water, helping remove dirt, dust, and residue that may reduce efficiency.
Do you clean frames and sills as well?
Yes. As part of our standard service, we normally clean the glass, frames, and sills externally where accessible.
Do you offer one-off cleans?
Yes, subject to availability. We offer both regular maintenance cleaning and one-off cleans.
Do I need to be at home?
Not necessarily. As long as we have suitable access to the property and water supply, we can often carry out the clean while you are out.
Do you clean inside windows?
Internal window cleaning may be available on request, depending on the property and accessibility.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry full public liability insurance for peace of mind.

We are based in El Chaparral, near La Cala de Mijas on the Costa del Sol.

How do I get a quote?
Simply contact us by phone, WhatsApp, Facebook, or through the website with a few details and photos if possible, and we will be happy to provide a quotation.
Do you clean in bad weather?
Light rain generally does not affect pure water window cleaning. However, in cases of heavy rain, storms, or high winds, appointments may need to be rearranged for safety reasons.
How do I pay?
We can advise available payment methods when booking, including bank transfer and other electronic payment options.
